The NMIS will conduct the “Understanding the HACCP Principles in the Development of HACCP Program in NMIS Accredited Establishments” from May 20-22, 2015.  The 3-day live-in training course will be held in Tagaytay City.  The registration fee of P12, 000.00 will cover food and accommodations for 3 days and 2 nights, training materials and training services fee for the course tutor, Ms. Marilag Mojica.  Ms. Mojica is a Food Safety Consultant whose specialization includes hands-on application on FSSC 22000 with ISO/TS 2202-1 and Codex-based HACCP and GMP implementation.


Interested participants preferably must be quality assurance officers, plant managers, logistics, planners and those involved in the production line.  They must have a background on GMP for better understanding on HACCP Principles.
