HACCP Seminar Workshop for Meat Importers

The Department of Agriculture-National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) will be conducting the “Seminar Workshop on the Principles and Development of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) for Meat Importers” on August 1-3, 2014 at Tagaytay City. The 3-day training course aims to provide technical information on developing a comprehensive HACCP Plan anchored on CODEX guidelines.

The registration fee of P9,000.00 per participant includes training kits, food and accommodation. Participants should have a basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
