(1) ATTORNEY III – SG 21 [Code – ATTY]

Place of Assignment: Central Office

Qualifications:

Education    : Bachelor of Laws

Experience  : 1 year relevant experience

Training        : 4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility      : RA 1080 (Bar Passers)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides legal advice to officials and employees of the agency; reviews and interprets contracts and other instruments to which the agency is a part; prepares and drafts contracts and other legal documents for the agency; Provides legal services in the prosecution or defence of cases involving NMIS, officials and employees and performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Executive Director.
