National Livestock Program

The DA-National Livestock Program (NLP) implements the National Abattoir Development Project (NADP) through the NMIS. The DA-NLP through the NADP offers a 100% grant financial assistance to LGUs without the financial capacity to provide slaughter facilities to their constituents.
